  • Experts project 50% increase in global energy demand by 2030
  • Liquid fuels supply much of global demand
  • By 2030 global demand to reach 112.5 million barrels per day
  • 9.7 million barrels per day will come from biofuels including biodiesel and ethanol
  • National and global leaders must prepare to meet increasing demand
